Have you ever smelt that big fishy smell online ? You know the one when some dude is waffling on about something that he or she hasnt even done themselves. What do you sense ? That that person is a scam ? That that person is a hypocrite ? That that person is just trying to pull a fast one ? It’s no wonder that so many people are skeptical. There is indeed alot of hypocrites online and also alot of people who are doing business online that walk their talk too.
If you are thinking of having an online business or already have one, sometimes you can get so carried away and forget to walk your talk yourself. Look back now at your marketing messages and double check, the last thing you want is to be out of integrity. It will subconsciously suck your energy.
The biggest advice I can give to anyone who is starting a business online is to remember to walk your talk.
It is necessary for you to become the walking testimonial for your own business. Failure to do so could have really bad consequences. When marketing be selective with your words that you use in your communication. If you want credibility and respect in this industry be truthful to yourself and in your messages you put out there.
Your actions speak louder than words. If you give advice to others in your business ensure that you are speaking from a place of experience. Having an internet business means that information is easily accessible for others to check you out and entrepreneurs / marketers should have this in mind. Create youself to be “walking your talk” by using social proof to back up what you are saying. In doing so you will be able to gain more trust from potential clients and be known as a genuine internet marketer.

Hey Dawn this is so true – after wading through alot of BS over the years !! I finally feel aligned and educated through my experiences with the right people & for sure have absolutely no intention of even slightly bending the truth – it only makes you feel crap inside & in this business it soon comes & bites you on the bum – Transparency sure is the Key !
Your doing a great job & loving your energy
Hi Natalie
Thanks for visiting my blog
Experience is valuable … even that took me a while to work out haha
Could of been doing what I’m currently doing years ago but I got so involved in the “doing” that I forgot to stop and take a look back and acknowledge what I had already done and recognise that others would love to learn to do that too.
It’s so important to acknowledge one self and to get ones worth in order to give back no matter where in the entrepreneurial journey they are.
Keep rockin it Natalie. Your an awesome mumpreneur
Stay blessed
Dawn xx
I think the trouble with most people starting a business involves a mis-aligned passion. What I mean is that people are signing up for a business because they have grandeur of dollars in their eyes. If the business model is not aligned to what is in their heart, they will not be connected and the business will fail. People need to dig deep into their self and find out what makes them tick. When a person finds what makes them tick and creates a business around that one thing, then success will be unleashed.
Thanks for a nice blog post. Best luck to you.
Yes i agree Spencer. If one is not passionate about what they are selling or what their message is in their business it will be very easy to give up on the journey to success. Success doesn’t happen overnight, the fire of the passion is what will keep them going and keeping their eyes on the outcomes that they are set to achieve. Success has to start with inside then out.
Thanks for your comment Spencer
